Once you decide to participate, we’ll arrange a date for your interview and send you the questions in advance. The interview is audio-only, so you don’t need to be on camera. After the interview, we edit the recording, publish the full interview on YouTube, and create Shorts for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Your interview is audio-only, and your face is not shown. The questions are designed to focus on your professional experience without requiring private information or employer names. Your voice and professional story may be publicly accessible, so please avoid sharing confidential or sensitive information.

If a company is interested in your profile, we’ll contact you first and share the opportunity with you. With your approval, we’ll share your CV and arrange an initial interview with the company.

Currently, there is no cost to participate in an interview. Any future fees will be communicated clearly in advance.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet environment. Review the interview questions in advance and think about your experience, strengths, and career goals. Most importantly, be yourself.

Your interview content is published for a maximum of 24 months. If you would like to update your profile, you may have the option to complete a second interview, which replaces the previous one. Any additional interview will be subject to a fee, which will be communicated in advance.

The interview is expected to take approximately 10–20 minutes.
