Pouène was incredibly warm and approachable, listened attentively, and showed genuine interest. I never felt like I was just another applicant. That sense of appreciation and respect is exactly what made the conversation so special for me. Keep it up!

I didn’t really know what to expect from the interview – and I was pleasantly surprised afterwards. It gave me new perspectives on myself while also being genuinely enjoyable. It was an experience unlike anything I’ve had in a traditional job interview.

I left the interview with a completely different feeling than I had expected. I felt seen and understood, and I also learned a lot about my own strengths. I would absolutely do it again.

I’m glad I had the opportunity to take part in this interview. When you apply for jobs again and again and keep receiving rejections, you often don’t get the chance to show who you really are as a person. I was able to present myself and not just my CV. That gave me a lot personally.
