TooConnect Talent was created because I believe hiring should start with people, not paperwork. Throughout my experience in recruitment, I saw candidates being overlooked before they even had the chance to introduce themselves. That inspired me to build a platform where conversations, personality and potential come first.
My vision is a more human approach to hiring — one that leads to meaningful opportunities for candidates, companies and beyond.
